The following is the 2009 - 2010 network television schedule for the four major English language commercial broadcast networks in the United States. The schedule covers primetime hours from September 2009 through May 2010. The schedule is followed by a list per network of returning series, new series, and series canceled after the 2008 – 2009 season.

- All times given are in U.S. Eastern Time and Pacific Time Zone (except for some live events or specials). Subtract one hour for Central Time Zone and Mountain Time Zone times.
All the 3 Commercial Networks airs the Daytime Monday-Friday Schedules for each calendar season beginning in September 2010. All Times are in Eastern/Pacific.
Talk shows are highlighted in yellow, local programming is white, reruns of prime-time programming are orange, game shows are pink, soap operas are chartreuse, news programs are gold and all others are light blue. New series are highlighted in bold.
